Sabres made a nice run at the end of the year last year.

But, I agree if they don't crank it up tonight and go on a run they need to shut it down fast. Buffalo has some nice pieces that a lot of teams are looking for, especially responsible Dmen.

If they don't win they might be wise to jump into the market as sellers before others. That is how Bryan Murray and Ottawa did it a few years ago. He went two weeks before the deadline and ended up with three first round picks and a bunch of seconds. A year later the Sens made the playoffs.

We need these games to slip away. Scrapping for 8th doesn't do anybody and good. Haven't we learned anything from the Bills over the past decade?

I don't know who exactly other teams would want but, I hope to see Vanek, Pommer, Regehr & Leopold moved at the deadline.

I don't know what to say about this team right now. The Rangers game and the Devils games were both very winnable and we lost both of them because we screwed up at the end of the games. We were even close against Carolina. I hope we win tonight or else we honestly have no chance.

Flyers gooning it up successfully. They wouldn't dare have tried that against Boston. Taking liberties with the Sabers is A OK with Holmgren and the goon staff!

Seriously? we all hope they lose wm all, and become sellers to rid this team of a bunch of underperforming losers! the core is like that of a rotten a,e. cut it out and get rid of it. Trade out the entire old guard and build a new base, fire Darcy who acquired all these losers, make Otter out Captain and demand accountability from every player . No more showing up in less tha stellar physical and mental shape at the beginning of the season...thes guys are clearly playing themselves into shape while all are earning millions..unfreakin' believable. I hate this group of players, they do 't represent our city at all. Losers!
